Stop relying on messy PDF emails for job applications. Build structured application forms that collect resumes securely, validate portfolio links, and sync candidates straight into your ATS — all in one flow. Forge's file upload handles resume PDFs and cover letters via secure signed URLs, eliminating email attachments and lost files.
For enterprise hiring teams, Forge supports multi-stage application flows: initial screening questions, then portfolio submission, then a scheduling link for a screening call — all in one continuous applicant experience. GDPR-compliant data retention policies can be configured per job form to automatically purge unsuccessful candidate data after the legally required period.
Secure File Uploads
Accept PDF resumes, portfolios, and cover letters via secure signed S3 URLs. Files are stored with role-based access control.
