Create a secure onboarding form

Use the Secure plan. Enable field masking for SSN / tax ID fields. Restrict dashboard access to HR role.

Configure EU data residency (if needed)

In workspace settings, select EU-only data storage for GDPR Article 44 compliance on employee data.

Add file collection

Enable signed upload fields for government ID, signed offer letter acknowledgment, and benefits enrollment documents.
